The customer at the center of the company
A study prepared by Deloitte cites the seven marketing trends for 2021.
1. purposeful organizations
Knowing who I am, where I am going and what and who I identify with. Companies that are purposeful, value-driven and conscious of social impact are “more likely to succeed.”
2.agility
Agility: to act or develop quickly or promptly. To adapt to adversity in the quickest and most efficient manner. Digitization is of great value in this trend. And we, as event organizers, know this for a fact.
3. human experience
“More than 70% of people appreciated the digital innovations that allowed them to stay connected. But virtual connections can never replace face-to-face relationships. So our job is to create a safe environment, with all the necessary measures. Communicate and transmit it with maximum transparency.
transparency and trust
Truth and commitment always come first. The reputation of companies will be linked to the fulfillment of their objectives and their transparent compliance with them. Empathy is key to building trust with customers.
5.participation
All customers are our company’s brand ambassadors, and no one knows better than they do what they like or what they would change. It is essential to always keep an open conversation with them and include them in your strategy.
6.fusion
We are increasingly seeing the creation of strategic alliances between companies or associations. These mergers represent the search for better customer service and a more holistic response to “human needs”.
7.talent
The pandemic has changed the way we work and interact. Talent is an increasingly strong asset. New hires and changes in internal processes to innovate and generate more creative ideas.
